Asheville's Cajun Cook Off

I won second place for my turkey anduille gumbo. Next year I hope to win first place. I know how to make a vast improvement, now that the competition is over.

First you make a roux

Develop roux to a dark chocolate state

With the trinity added to roux

My Gumbo presentation...they ate it all.
